The app and the website

Deck Lite does not require activation or account login inside the application. Your audio and app settings are processed locally. Plugins you install may have their own network behavior and privacy policies.

Information used for downloads

We store your email address, an internal account identifier, access entitlements, account creation and suspension status, and download-session records. These records let you sign in, download software, and get support. For desktop purchases and support gifts, we also store the store/order reference, product, order status, purchase total and currency, and the time of the order update. We verify purchase notifications and retain a digest for duplicate detection; we do not store the complete notification or card details.

Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and work once. We store a protected hash of the code, not the readable code. Essential cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days and connect a sign-in attempt to your browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this download service.

Providers and security

Cloudflare hosts this service, stores account records and private release files, and performs Turnstile bot checks. Cloudflare receives technical connection information such as your IP address and browser information. Resend delivers sign-in emails and processes your email address and email-delivery information. Lemon Squeezy handles desktop checkout as merchant of record and processes purchase, tax and payment information under its privacy policy. Support email is handled through Gmail. These providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Our application uses protected hashes of email/IP-based identifiers for short-lived rate limits. We do not sell account information or add download accounts to a mailing list. We may disclose necessary information to comply with law or investigate abuse.

Retention and your choices

Account, purchase and entitlement records remain while your account exists. Download-session records are removed after 30 days. Expired sign-in challenges, sessions and rate-limit records are cleaned up daily. Purchase-notification digests are removed after 90 days. Administrative purchase, suspension and restoration records are retained for up to one year. Provider security logs, delivery logs, backups, and support correspondence may have separate retention periods. Contact us to request account deletion; we may retain limited records where required by law or necessary to address abuse. Deleting a website account does not disable the installed app.

This service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it. Mandatory privacy rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
